We're looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Customer Support professional to join our team in Hyderabad, India.

In this role, you will be the face of our organization, delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a positive and welcoming retail environment.

You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs
• Process customer transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and patience
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in accordance with company procedures
• Support store operations by assisting with merchandising, inventory checks, and store organization
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service delivery
