About the Role
Samaya Holiday Homes, part of Tiger Group, is hiring a Customer Service & Reservations Executive in Dubai.
The role manages guest inquiries, bookings, and daily reservation operations for a growing holiday-homes team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and online booking platforms.
- Manage reservations from initial inquiry through check-out across direct and OTA channels.
- Confirm booking details, payment status, guest requirements, and check-in instructions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, operations, and check-in teams.
- Handle complaints, booking changes, cancellations, extensions, and date changes.
- Monitor apartment availability and calendars to prevent overbooking.
- Support upselling of extensions, early check-in, late check-out, and additional services.
- Follow up on deposits, payments, guest documentation, reviews, and reservation records.
- Prepare reservation, occupancy, and operational reports when required.
- Coordinate rates, promotions, availability, and booking opportunities with Revenue and Pricing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in holiday homes, short-term rentals, hotels, hospitality, reservations, or customer service is preferred.
