About the Role
Support customers and partners with timely, accurate, and clear assistance related to health insurance policies and services.
Work in a fast-paced call center environment where follow-through and end-to-end resolution affect customer confidence and satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inquiries across calls, emails, and written requests about eligibility, benefits, claims, cards, certificates, and digital tools.
- Research policy information and interpret provisions to resolve customer, client, and broker issues.
- Manage inquiries, grievances, complaints, and appeals through resolution.
- Route requests and documentation correctly for final processing.
- Maintain ownership and follow-up in a high-volume environment.
- Communicate professionally in Arabic and English and adapt to changing workflows and time-sensitive work.
