The company is seeking a confident and motivated Sales Nutritionist in Business Bay, Dubai.
The role is sales-focused, with company-provided leads and responsibility for consultation, follow-up, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and respond to company-provided leads.
- Understand customers' weight-loss, muscle-gain, medical, and lifestyle goals.
- Provide basic nutrition consultations and recommend suitable meal plans.
- Explain meal plan options, pricing, macros, subscription periods, and delivery services.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert potential leads into paying customers and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with existing customers for renewals.
- Collect allergies, food preferences, exclusions, addresses, and delivery instructions.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, sales, and customer records.
- Coordinate confirmed requirements with kitchen and operations teams.
- Handle customer questions professionally and provide excellent service.
Requirements
- A qualification or experience in nutrition, dietetics, fitness, or a related field is required.
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, meal plans, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication, consultation, and convincing skills are required.
- Comfort handling multiple calls and WhatsApp conversations is required.
- Fluent English is required.
- Hindi or Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- A target-oriented, organised, and consistent approach to follow-up is required.
- The candidate must be able to work from the office in Business Bay, Dubai.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 per month.

- The position is full-time.
