Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a difference in people's healthcare journey? We are seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our welcoming team in St Kilda.
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, referrers and healthcare professionals, helping to ensure a seamless experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.
Managing and distributing patient reports accurately and efficiently
Assisting with referrals and responding to patient and referrer enquiries
Coordinating report amendments, validations and reviews when required
Recording and managing compliments, complaints and feedback
Providing administrative support across operations and marketing functions
Occasionally supporting our clinic reception teams
