- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.

Requirements
- 1 5 years of experience in customer service or related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office

About the Role
- We are seeking a dedicated and customer focused Customer Service Representative (Remote) to join our growing team.
- As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and creating positive customer experiences across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or equivalent applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
