Role Overview
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and help resolve questions, concerns, and product or service issues.
Work independently as part of a remote customer support team while maintaining consistent, professional service.
Customer Support
- Respond to inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and other support channels.
- Provide information about products, services, policies, orders, accounts, billing, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide step-by-step guidance, resolve complaints, and escalate unresolved matters.
- Follow up with customers and ensure questions receive clear and complete answers.
Customer Experience and Administration
- Build positive customer relationships and maintain a customer-first approach.
- Document interactions and resolutions, update account records, and process orders, returns, refunds, cancellations, payments, or service requests.
- Monitor support tickets, use internal knowledge bases, and collaborate with other departments.
- Protect customer information and follow privacy, security, and confidentiality procedures.
