Position Overview
PULSE MENA is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a remote team.
This entry-level role involves entering, updating, reviewing, and maintaining information across databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Previous professional experience is not required, and training and guidance will be provided.
Data Entry and Quality Control
- Enter, update, transfer, and process information from approved documents, forms, databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
- Review entries for accuracy and completeness, identify errors or inconsistencies, make authorized corrections, and flag unresolved discrepancies.
- Compare entered information with source documents and perform routine accuracy and completeness checks.
Records and Administration
- Maintain organized electronic records, tracking logs, indexes, shared folders, and digital resources.
- Upload, label, categorize, archive, and retrieve authorized documents while following file-naming and storage procedures.
- Prepare spreadsheets, trackers, forms, and lists; route documents; update task trackers; and assist with clerical projects.
