Customer Service Representative - Location, Leeds, West Yorkshire

• Contract - Permanent Salary - £21,500 per annum Hours - 37.5 hours a week,
• Shifts - Various covering Monday – Sunday, 8am – 8pm Site - Office-based at our site at Leeds City Office Park

• Your responsibilities will include:
• Identifying customers’ needs and assist them with their enquiries on both phone and webchat. • Meet and exceed the customers’ requirements • Manage large amounts of calls in a timely and effective manner • Identify opportunities to advise local customers without an account to sign up for a local residents discount account • Resolve any customer complaints or issues • Handle sensitive information securely • Attend training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and performance
• You need these skills to be a great Customer Service Representative:
• Strong oral and written communication skills, especially listening, to help better understand the customers enquiry and provide solutions • Having empathy to handle customers who may be facing difficult situations • Being able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment • Proven customer support experience or experience as a CSR • Familiarity with CRM systems • You will need to demonstrate a positive telephone manner • Strong team working skills • Have a passion for customer service
