- Communication par courriel avec les clients externes, les expéditeurs et les consignataires, ainsi qu’avec les partenaires internes tels que les coordonnateurs de conducteurs, les planificateurs, les représentants des ventes, le service de la circulation et la direction
- Prendre les rendez-vous de cueillette et de livraison et les planifier selon les besoins
- Aviser les clients internes et externes en cas de retard
- Faire le suivi des chargements, répondre aux questions concernant les tarifs et la capacité
- Répondre aux appels entrants et transférer au besoin
- Saisir les commandes par EDI ou manuellement dans le système
- Entrer les heures de cueillette/livraison après avoir confirmé tous les détails avec les services concernés, l’expéditeur, le consignataire et le conducteur
- Fournir des renseignements exacts/mises à jour via les portails en ligne de divers clients et assurer les rapports hebdomadaires
- Résoudre les problèmes, notamment replanification ou annulation de chargements
- Diplôme d’études postsecondaires
- Bilingue français et anglais (écrit, verbal et compréhension)
- 1 à 2 ans d’expérience préalable dans un rôle en service à la clientèle
- Une expérience dans l’industrie du transport est considérée comme un atout
- Engagement envers la satisfaction client et approche axée sur le service

- Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément

- Support for professional memberships, training, and certifications
- Email communication to external customers, shippers and consignees, and internal partners such as Driver Coordinators, Planners, Sales Representatives, Traffic and Management
- Book pickup and delivery appointments and schedule as required
- Notify external and internal customers of late arrival
- Trace loads, inquiry about rates and capacity
- Answer incoming calls and transfer appropriately
- Data entering orders via EDI or manually inputting into the system
- Enter pickup/delivery times once recording details pertaining to all departments and shipper, consignee and driver have been confirmed
- Supply accurate information/updates through online portals for various customers and weekly reporting
- Trouble shoot problems including rescheduling and cancellation of loads
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma
- Bilingual French and English (written, verbal and comprehension)
- 1-2 years of prior work experience in Customer Service role(s)
- Experience in the transportation industry is considered an asset
