Compensation

  • Total Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 (based on experience) + Commission
  • Salary negotiable depending on qualifications and experience

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Bachelor's degree in Law is Preferred and an added advantage

Experience

  • Preferred: 1–2 years of experience at Al Adheed Center/ Dubai Court System
  • Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are also welcome to apply

Customer Service & Communication

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and/or English
  • Strong customer facing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
  • Active listening and problem solving skills

Legal & Court Knowledge

  • Familiarity with Dubai Courts procedures and services
  • Basic understanding of UAE legal terminology and documentation
  • Knowledge of Al Dheed Center services and operations

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with government service systems or court management software
  • Data entry and record keeping accuracy

Soft Skills

  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Patience, empathy, and a people first mindset

Administrative Skills

  • Attention to detail in handling legal documents and case files
  • Ability to follow procedures and comply with government regulations
  • Multitasking across different service requests simultaneously
