Compensation
- Total Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 (based on experience) + Commission
- Salary negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Bachelor's degree in Law is Preferred and an added advantage
Experience
- Preferred: 1–2 years of experience at Al Adheed Center/ Dubai Court System
- Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are also welcome to apply
Customer Service & Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and/or English
- Strong customer facing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
- Active listening and problem solving skills
Legal & Court Knowledge
- Familiarity with Dubai Courts procedures and services
- Basic understanding of UAE legal terminology and documentation
- Knowledge of Al Dheed Center services and operations
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with government service systems or court management software
- Data entry and record keeping accuracy
Soft Skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Patience, empathy, and a people first mindset
Administrative Skills
- Attention to detail in handling legal documents and case files
- Ability to follow procedures and comply with government regulations
