Responsibilities
- Manage the cash counter and deliver customer service aligned with organizational standards
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments and ensure the till is balanced at the end of each shift
- Greet customers warmly and assist with any queries or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges in line with company policy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly
- Maintain Petty Cash funds, ensuring that cash on hand and bills are reconciled with Petty Cash balances, within authorized limits, and fully supported by documentation in line with policies
- Generate and record receipts in customer accounts based on supporting documentation and payments received, ensuring all transactions are adequately documented
- Execute special assignments related to accounts as directed by senior accountants
- Prepare daily cash reports detailing cash on hand and all transactions for control and audit purposes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Experience with QuickBooks and EPMS System is preferred
- Knowledge of Arabic (advantageous) along with strong English reading and writing skills
- Must be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately

Qualifications & Requirements

Pay
- AED 3,000.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
