Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Proven experience in enhancing Customer Experience and achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
- Proficiency in relevant customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Previous experience in the transportation or service industry is advantageous
- University degree or diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is preferred
- Arabic-speaker is preferred but not a must
