Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai for a Customer Service Representative.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proven experience in enhancing Customer Experience and achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
  • Proficiency in relevant customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
  • Previous experience in the transportation or service industry is advantageous
  • University degree or diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is preferred
  • Hindi/Urdu speaker mandatory
