Job Overview

  • We are looking for a proactive and customer focused Customer Service Representative with prior experience in the financial services industry.
  • The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, build strong client relationships, and drive sales through outbound and inbound telephone interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable financial products and service solutions.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Achieve individual sales and customer service targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales, customer support, or sales within the financial services industry.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience handling customer interactions over phone calls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in banking, insurance, loans, investments, or other financial products.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a results driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English & Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
