Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone.
Handle bookings, confirm appointment details, and manage the scheduling calendar.
Follow up on recurring visits, special offers, and service satisfaction.
Maintain accurate booking, customer, and service-history records.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
Coordinate with field teams to keep appointments on time and communicate changes.
Support administrative tasks related to customer accounts and service tracking.

Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
Prior customer service, coordination, or similar experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Comfort with WhatsApp Business, basic scheduling tools, and general office software is required.
The candidate should be organized, reliable, able to multitask, and customer-focused.
