About the Role
The Account Assistant supports day-to-day accounting and finance operations, with responsibility for accurate books, reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries in QuickBooks.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required.
Requirements
- QuickBooks experience is mandatory.
- Minimum two years of proven working experience in accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles; UAE VAT knowledge is a plus.
