Role overview
Customer Service Representative role supporting customers and HVAC field operations from the Auburn, Washington location.
The position supports technicians, customers, scheduling, dispatching, and daily field operations.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay range is $18 to $25 per hour.

Schedule
- The role is full-time with rotating Saturday shifts.
- Candidates must be available for a rotating Saturday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch HVAC technicians to service locations and keep daily schedules organized.
- Coordinate repair appointments and membership maintenance visits.
- Source and track OEM parts for active HVAC service jobs.
- Coordinate job-site deliveries with designated runners.
- Maintain and organize the membership database.
- Record project information and service updates accurately.
- Communicate with customers and team members from scheduling through service completion.
