The employer is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative with experience handling inquiries, complaints, and customer support.
The role includes visiting customer locations when required to understand and resolve issues onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Coordinate with customers to understand concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Visit customer locations to inspect and resolve service-related issues when required.
- Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams.
- Maintain records and escalate complex issues when required.
- Build positive customer relationships and provide professional service.
Requirements
- Previous customer service or customer support experience is required, with one year of customer service experience specified.
- Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, customer-handling, coordination, and follow-up skills are required.
- Applicants must be willing and able to travel to customer locations as required.
- Arabic is required.
- An UAE driving license is listed as an advantage in the key requirements and as required in the license section.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Pay
- The description states pay of AED 3,500 per hour.
Work location
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
