Job Summary

Dr Sabah Al Sakban Medical Center is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Dermatology Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent patient service in our aesthetic and dermatology clinic.

The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare or aesthetic clinic reception and possess strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.
  • Handle appointment booking, rescheduling, and patient follow-ups.
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain patient flow.
  • Register patients and update records in the clinic system.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media appointment requests.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists regarding schedules and patient requirements.
  • Verify insurance details and assist with basic insurance coordination if required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
  • Process billing, invoices, and payment collections accurately.
  • Explain clinic services, promotions, and treatment packages to patients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area.
  • Ensure high patient satisfaction and professional customer service at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in dermatology, aesthetic, or medical center reception preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer knowledge and familiarity with appointment systems.
  • Professional appearance and customer service attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Must hold valid UAE own visa with NOC if applicable.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in aesthetic clinic coordination.
  • Knowledge of insurance procedures and medical terminology.
  • Sales and patient conversion skills.
  • Social media and WhatsApp handling experience.
  • Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience

  • derma/ aesthetic: 1 year (Preferred)
