1. Sales Administration
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client data, and transactions.
- Update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales progress.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth execution of shipments.
2. Pricing Coordination
- Coordinate with pricing, operations, and vendors to obtain competitive freight rates (air, sea, and land).
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate where required.
- Maintain a database of rates, tariffs, and pricing structures.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing.
3. Customer Support
- Act as a point of contact for customers for inquiries, quotations, and shipment updates.
- Ensure timely responses to customer requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with operations to track shipments and provide status updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
4. Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with internal departments (operations, finance, documentation) for smooth workflow.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and business growth.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and client communications.
- Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per hour
- Expected hours: No more than 48.0 per week
