1. Sales Administration

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client data, and transactions.
  • Update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth execution of shipments.

2. Pricing Coordination

  • Coordinate with pricing, operations, and vendors to obtain competitive freight rates (air, sea, and land).
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate where required.
  • Maintain a database of rates, tariffs, and pricing structures.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing.

3. Customer Support

  • Act as a point of contact for customers for inquiries, quotations, and shipment updates.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with operations to track shipments and provide status updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with internal departments (operations, finance, documentation) for smooth workflow.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and business growth.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and client communications.
  • Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: No more than 48.0 per week
