Role overview
NatWest Group is hiring a Customer Service & Operations Analyst in Chennai, India.
The role supports customers and colleagues in contact centres while contributing to successful customer and business outcomes.
The position is part of the Pride Pathways career development programme.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and investigate customer queries and complaints.
- Provide support on business processes, policies, and procedures.
- Identify performance barriers and coordinate efficiency improvements.
- Provide coaching and support to operational centres.
- Maintain operational records, log incidents, and identify trends.
- Review manual or ineffective processes for automation or enhancement.
- Improve customer service and customer experiences.
Required skills and qualifications
- Freshers or 2024 and 2025 graduates are eligible.
- A degree in B.Com, BA, BBA, BSc Non-IT, Mass Communication, or Journalism is required.
- Experience analysing and using performance data is required.
- Understanding of contact-centre operations and performance metrics is required.
- Strong planning, organisation, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are required.
