- Assist customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, website chat, and social media
- Convert customer inquiries into successful sales
- Follow up with customers and build long term relationships
- Help customers place orders through our website and mobile app
- Recommend products and accessories based on customer needs
- Reply to comments and messages across our social media platforms
- Upload daily stories, posts, reels, and promotional content
- Work closely with our marketing team to promote products and special offers
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking & writing)
- Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
- Passion for customer service and sales
- Active user of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and other social media platforms
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Overview
- Star Gallery Mart is expanding, and we're looking for an energetic, friendly, and sales driven individual to join our growing team. If you enjoy talking to customers, using social media, and turning customer inquiries into sales, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
