- Experience in a leadership role managing a team
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Preferably specialised in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Project Management
- Ability to negotiate, persuade, and solve complex problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs

About the Role
- Unipart is seeking a Customer Service Manager to take full responsibility for our KSA based Customer Service operation.
- You will provide excellence in customer care, build on existing networks, and drive growth while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the prioritisation, escalation, and resolution of support incidents, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Lead, supervise, and develop a dedicated team of customer service and logistics representatives.
- Ensure the team follows end to end customer service processes, from order entry to the final delivery of goods.
- Monitor team performance against set KPIs to ensure the achievement of the best possible results.
- Develop, recommend, and implement local strategies for supply chain development to meet business needs, as well as cost and productivity targets.
- Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports to support forecasting and decision making for the business and finance teams.
About You
- BS degree/equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
- Experience in a leadership role managing a team.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with a high level of understanding regarding client relationship management.
- Preferably specialised in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
- Ability to negotiate, persuade, and solve complex problems while balancing service levels with operational budgets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
