About the Role

  • We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Listing & Resale Agent to join our Secondary Market team.
  • You will be responsible for acquiring quality property listings while actively selling ready (resale) units.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious real estate professionals with an attractive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and acquire residential and commercial property listings through networking, referrals, prospecting, and owner relationships.
  • Conduct property valuations and provide owners with accurate, market driven pricing recommendations.
  • Secure signed listing agreements and exclusive mandates whenever possible.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with landlords, sellers, and investors.
  • Create, manage, and optimize property listings across Property Finder, Bayut, company CRM, and other marketing platforms.
  • Ensure all listings are accurate, compliant, and supported with required documentation and permits.
  • Arrange professional photography and prepare compelling property descriptions.
  • Promote ready (secondary market) properties to qualified buyers.
  • Handle buyer inquiries, conduct property viewings, and provide expert property advice.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales.
  • Coordinate the complete sales process, including documentation, contracts, and property transfer.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing within assigned communities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in UAE real estate, preferably within the secondary market.
  • Proven experience in property listing acquisition and resale sales.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, pricing strategies, and transaction processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to build trust with property owners and convert opportunities into exclusive listings.
  • Experience using CRM systems and major property portals such as Property Finder and Bayut.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
  • RERA certification is an advantage (or willingness to obtain).
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
