- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with their needs,providing information about merchandise and product selection. Resolve customer inquiries andcomplaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Order Processing: Process web orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Inventory Organization: Stock, organize, and display merchandise to maintain an attractive and efficientstore layout. Update inventory information accurately in the POS system.
- Coordination: Communicate with co-workers regarding any POS and website integration issues and POSorder processing questions.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store environment is kept clean and neat at all times. Restock merchandise,maintain accurate pricing and signage, and adhere to all company procedures and policies.
- Visual Merchandising: Create feature displays that boost gross margin dollars and apply visualmerchandising presentations to increase sales.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred. Bilingual is beneficial.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internalteams.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory organization and orderprocessing.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address issues and find solutions in a timely manner.
- Must pass a background check and a drug test.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to climb a ladder up to 14 feet.
- Must be able to use a moving dolly.
- Must be able to work long shifts on a concrete floor, walking and standing.

- Salary Range: $33,280 to $41,600.
