Ashra Technology is hiring a Customer Service Executive for its business formation and documentation services.
The position is based at Wafi Mall in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Assist clients with business formation, licensing, and documentation services.
- Follow up with clients regarding documents, applications, and payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain client records and provide regular updates.
- Address customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support sales and identify opportunities for additional services.
Requirements
- Have 1–3 years of experience in customer service, business setup, or a similar role.
- Have at least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Executive.
- UAE business setup or documentation experience is preferred.
- Have excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,657.69 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person at Wafi Mall in Dubai.
Employment Details
The position is full-time.
