Role Description
Full-time remote customer service role at Stone Milk Studio.
The role handles client inquiries across email, chat, and phone and provides clear, timely resolutions.
The position supports customer satisfaction, service consistency, client onboarding, and service documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage support tickets, track issues, and follow up with clients.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and identify recurring issues.
- Share client feedback with internal teams to improve processes and services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistent service standards.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and update service FAQs and support documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required.
- Customer support, customer service management, and customer satisfaction skills are required.
- Candidates should be able to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Basic CRM or ticketing tool proficiency, computer literacy, and prior customer-facing experience are required.
- Creative or studio environment experience is advantageous.
