Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site life extensions, repairs, and inspection-related service activities for installed fleets and supervision for construction and commissioning of new and existing equipment.
• Make engineering decisions and broaden knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy.
• Support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
• Resolve issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
• Lead a junior team and develop strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Cathlab, CT or NM Services & Field Services & Customer Service Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering/E&TC/Electronics/Instrumentation or relevant experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
