Responsibilities

  • Responding to online inquiries: via official website, WhatsApp, social media, phone, and email
  • Acquiring in depth knowledge of products and inventory to enhance professionalism and communication skills
  • Handling customer order inquiries, returns, exchanges, and after sales issues (via email/online chat/phone)
  • Requesting detailed addresses, tracking logistics exceptions, addressing product usage issues, and providing solutions
  • Recording customer feedback and sharing it with the product team to drive service improvements
  • Maintaining customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and repurchase rates
  • Managing system order processing and cashier duties
