Conduct surveys through Survey Link, Google Reviews, and other platforms.
Analyze customer feedback and develop customer-service improvement plans.
Check website performance regularly using an internal checklist.
Coordinate with marketing and floral-design colleagues on sales analysis and satisfaction surveys.
Benchmark competitor pricing, customer service, product range, and promotions.
Provide actionable recommendations to the General Manager to improve customer experience and retail performance.
