Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract until the end of March 2027. Location: Toomebridge, Co Antrim, Northern Ireland - This is an onsite position. Trident MicroNutri are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our dynamic and ambitious team based in Toomebridge. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering market-leading customer service to our GB & Ireland customer base, working closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent, customer-centric experience across all touchpoints. What you’ll be doing Processing customer orders end-to-end, managing expectations around delivery lead times and availability Providing flexible support to the wider GB & Ireland team, including frequent support in the warehouse , audit preparation and ad hoc projects. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across ERP systems and shared online folders Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including invoicing, updating price lists, and resolving customer queries Clearing down purchase orders and supporting monthly supplier payment processes Invoicing customers daily and processing credits in line with agreed finance procedures Supporting customs and supply chain activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations for the movement of goods between the UK, Ireland and EU markets. What you'll bring Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing administrative role Experience managing a varied customer base and delivering a consistently high standard of service Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships A customer-driven, solution-focused mindset aligned to AB Agri values Experience using D365 or a similar ERP system Experience operating a Forklift and/or reach truck is desirable but not essential Understanding of cross-border product movement (NI / ROI / GB) or customs processes (training provided) Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and ways of working
