Customer Service Claims Handler

Our Claims Handlers are the first port of call when our members need our help the most, so it is vital that we deliver a first-class, no-quibble service that meets their needs and protects their interests.

We are currently seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our Injury Claims team at our Regional Service Centre in Belfast.

As a Claims Handler, you will manage and process our customer’s claims from first notification through to settlement, listening closely to the customer and what they need – reassuring them and giving them peace of mind at what can be a stressful time.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service with an eagerness to learn. You’ll also need to be empathetic and understanding, with a confident telephone manner and attentive listening skills, as well as the ability to work within a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritisation is key. Additionally, you will be familiar with using a variety of software and systems.

Previous insurance experience would be great, but it is not essential, as we’ll give you all the training and tools you need to get started.
