End-to-end change project delivery, managing complex projects or workstreams from definition through to transition into business as usual, with strong planning, control and governance in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
Robust risk, issue and dependency management, demonstrating clear judgement across cross-project and portfolio dependencies, supported by data-led reporting
Strong financial, resource and supplier management capability, including budget control, forecasting, capacity planning and effective supplier and commercial management
Proven stakeholder management and influence, with the ability to engage, challenge and align senior stakeholders through clear, confident communication and engagement
Effective leadership and team collaboration, creating a one-team culture across multi-disciplinary delivery teams, Scrum Masters and third-party partners, with a strong change and customer focus
Sound decision making, resilience and accountability, maintaining delivery momentum in a fast-paced, regulated change environment and taking ownership for outcomes and benefits
Experience delivering change within financial services or other highly regulated environments is advantageous.
