Role Overview
Rosmetic is seeking a professional and patient-focused Call Center Agent for a premium aesthetic clinic.
The role focuses on delivering an excellent patient experience through phone support and clinic coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to book, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, treatments, and clinic policies.
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and client re-engagement.
- Promote current services, packages, and limited-time offers professionally.
- Update and maintain patient records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the front desk, nurses, and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and detailed call documentation.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of medical call center or customer service experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in an aesthetic clinic.
- Healthcare or medical aesthetics experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Friendly, empathetic, and patient-focused communication style.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
