Role Overview
Rosmetic is seeking a customer service and receptionist professional for a premium aesthetic clinic in Dubai.
The role focuses on patient experience, appointment coordination, clinic inquiries, and front-desk support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to book, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Respond to inquiries about treatments, services, pricing, and clinic policies.
- Make outbound calls for reminders, follow-ups, and client re-engagement.
- Promote services, treatment packages, and limited-time offers.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with front desk staff, nurses, and doctors to support patient flow.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and detailed call documentation.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience is required.
- At least 1 year of aesthetic clinic experience is required.
- Excellent spoken English is required.
- Healthcare or medical aesthetics experience is a strong advantage.
- Applicants should be organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and confident in professional phone and sales communication.
- Additional languages are a plus.
