Overview

We are looking for **Call Center Agent in Aesthetic**.

The ideal candidate will manage client inquiries, handle appointments, and provide exceptional service to ensure a smooth and premium patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Provide accurate information about aesthetic services, treatments, and promotions.
  • Schedule and manage client bookings using the clinic’s CRM system.
  • Coordinate with medical and front-desk teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Follow up with leads, confirm appointments, and support customer retention.
  • Manage WhatsApp/online inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service consistent with clinic standards.

Requirements

  • **1–2 years** of call center or customer service experience (preferably in beauty/aesthetics/medical).
  • **Arabic speaker** is mandatory; strong English communication is a plus.
  • Professional phone etiquette and a **customer-first approach**.
  • Familiarity with booking platforms.
  • Ability to **multitask** in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, organized, and **detail-oriented**.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a **beauty clinic, aesthetic center**.
  • Knowledge of common aesthetic treatments (e.g., **laser, facials, fillers, skincare**).
  • Experience in **sales or lead conversion**.
