Role Overview
Support customers in a retail café environment while maintaining store standards, managing inventory, assisting with sales, and operating the cash register.
Create a welcoming and efficient shopping environment while meeting sales and service goals.
Customer Service and Complaints
- Engage with customers, provide a high level of service, and assist with their needs.
- Address basic customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
Store Maintenance and Merchandising
- Keep the store organized and follow visual merchandising standards.
- Clean and maintain the sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment.
Stock and Inventory
- Participate in receiving new shipments and restocking the store.
- Help manage inventory and ensure the store is fully stocked.
Sales Support
- Recommend products based on customer needs, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling.
