Overview

  • Mandatory – Customer Service experience from Medical Insurance or hospital/medical facility background. Immediate Joiners preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work on shift basis to support on emails, calls, and web messages from the customers.
  • Accountable to achieve high KPIs of quality, productivity and high customer NPS.
  • Excellent English spoken and written communication skills.
  • Preferably with previous medical insurance experience or experience at medical facility or customer service experience.
