Join Dr Nutrition UAE as a customer-focused Customer Service professional in Dubai.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and help ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through various communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a customer service role in the Gulf market.
- Arabic proficiency is required.
- A degree or relevant certification is required.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
