About the Role

Responsibilities
- Source and secure exclusive and non exclusive resale property listings
- Actively market and sell secondary (resale) properties to prospective buyers
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and company databases
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and landlords
- Conduct property inspections and collect accurate property details, photos, and required documentation
- Prepare, verify, and maintain property listings across CRM systems and major property portals
- Promote listed properties through company marketing channels and conduct property viewings
- Qualify buyers, understand their requirements, and match them with suitable resale properties
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales
- Guide clients throughout the entire resale transaction, from listing to closing
- Follow up with property owners regarding pricing, availability, renewals, and listing updates
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth documentation and transfer processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate, Property Management, Resale Sales, or Listing Operations
- Proven experience in listing and selling secondary market properties is highly preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a target driven, fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an added advantage
