Role Overview
Receive training as an entry-level Customer Reliability Engineer or Technical Specialist before working at customer facilities.
Coordinate customer work, troubleshoot product performance issues, and make routine seal and equipment recommendations.

- The role ultimately places the candidate in-plant at one or more customer facilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with tear-down, inspection, and assembly of mechanical seals during training.
- Perform failure analysis and enter findings into reliability management software.
- Review customer applications and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve seal operation problems and failures.
- Provide technical feedback, recommendations, assistance, and presentations.
- Resolve installation issues involving equipment, seals, auxiliary equipment, or material changes.
- Review component materials, proposals, layouts, installation, assembly, and detail drawings.
- Prepare reports and recommendations and assist with partnership programs.
- Observe field performance and evaluate customer data with local offices and sales representatives.
