The Customer Operations Specialist supports customer-related issues within the Customer Operations Department.
The role helps ensure customer orders are entered and fulfilled promptly and customer needs are handled professionally.
The specialist works with internal departments and reports to the Manager, Customer Operations.
Customer and Order Support
- Resolve complex and escalated customer issues while serving as a point of escalation for the team.
- Support customers by phone and email with product part numbers, pricing, availability, and lifecycle information.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Legal, and Operations to support orders and delivery.
- Process order-management transactions in SAP for hardware, software, and subscription services.
- Identify and correct process errors before they affect customers.
