Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer MDM Architect with Delivery Management responsibilities to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of our global Customer Master Data platform.
This role combines deep hands-on expertise in Informatica IDMC Customer 360 SaaS solution with strong delivery leadership capabilities.
You will be accountable for both:
Designing and governing the Customer MDM architecture
Orchestrating end-to-end agile delivery across countries, upstream/downstream systems, and stakeholders
Our technology stack is based on Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (Customer 360 SaaS) + Snowflake/Databricks.
You will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality, governed, scalable, and business-aligned customer master data capabilities that enable global growth and enhanced customer experience.
