Exciting Part Time Opportunity
- Are you observant, detail oriented, and confident visiting premium venues as a regular customer? We are looking for reliable part time evaluators to assess service quality across a range of high end locations.
- This role is ideal for people who notice the small details, communicate clearly, and can provide honest, accurate feedback based on the Customer Service you get.
What You Will Do
- Visit assigned locations and experience the service naturally as a regular customer.
- Observe important details such as staff greeting, professionalism, product knowledge, cleanliness, waiting time, and overall service standards.
- Complete a short online report after each visit.
- Submit your feedback clearly, accurately, and on time.
- Assignments typically take around one hour, depending on the location and task requirements.
