Job Purpose

  • Lead and enhance the Customer Experience function by improving customer journeys, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty, and ensuring a seamless experience across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and optimize customer journeys and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback effectively.
  • Develop customer experience standards and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee CRM systems and leverage customer insights.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Enhance customer experience across workspaces and related services.
  • Prepare reports and recommend improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Experience
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Experience in real estate, coworking spaces, or related sectors is preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills
