- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Experience in real estate, coworking spaces, or related sectors is preferred
