Role Description
The Customer Experience Manager will enhance customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty across all customer touchpoints.
The role combines customer experience strategy, analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer journeys and identify service improvement opportunities.
- Develop customer experience strategies.
- Monitor customer feedback and drive initiatives that improve service quality.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, product, and support teams.
- Ensure consistent and seamless customer experiences.
- Use customer insights and behavioral data to support measurable improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, communications, hospitality, management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of customer experience, customer journey mapping, service quality, and customer engagement principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback, satisfaction metrics, and behavioral data for actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM, customer feedback, survey, or analytics platforms is a plus.
