Role Description
Deliver exceptional service and create positive experiences throughout the customer journey.
Respond to inquiries, understand customer needs, resolve issues, and provide accurate and timely information.
Support onboarding, follow up on requests, gather feedback, and coordinate with internal teams.
Customer Experience Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries across relevant communication channels.

- Handle multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and service quality.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Friendly, empathetic, patient, and professional approach to customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving, active listening, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow established processes and service standards.
