What does a typical day look like?

Providing support to our customers via email, chat and phone in a timely manner, while maintaining a high level of quality in communication.

Investigating customer requests to find the best solution possible. Proactively identify areas of improvement and submit them to the Team Lead, Supervisor or the client in order to influence and drive program improvements.

Ensure customer satisfaction - Go the extra mile to demonstrate ownership of the issue, developing relationships with customers over time through multiple engagements.

You will have continuous support from our teams of Expert Agents dedicated to helping you at any point.

Keep yourself up to date with the latest features and new products, receive continuous development training and expand your knowledge.

You will work on our clients’ modern systems, databases and applications. Access to exciting new technology from this global brand.

Able to work in a private and distraction free space that must have a door that you can close to keep out noise and where your screen will not be visible to others due to Data Protection.

You will need a desk and suitable chair to work from comfortably and professionally.

Prior to your first day with us, we will provide you with the technology necessary to perform your role.

This role is temporarily home-based and our client will determine if this pilot has been successful. Whilst the roles are permanent, your requirement to attend the office may change depending on client requirement and in line with your employment contract.
