Role Description
Optix Pakistan Private Limited is seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate.
The role is responsible for delivering a positive and consistent experience across every customer interaction.
The successful candidate will help create meaningful customer experiences while representing the organization professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns.
- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain a seamless customer journey.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and support service quality initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities are required.
